Get a list of best buys in your area. What are best buys? These are homes or condos with tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands in profit to the seller at list price. Sellers can sell these properties at thousands below list price and still make lots of money. The Buyer needs to be smart enough to identify these properties and to make a low offer.
